  • Regularly present plan information including budgets and recommendations to boards, committees, and employee organizations as needed

  • Assistance with RFP’s for carriers / TPA / ASO’s / Stop Loss (reinsurance coverage) in accordance with client’s procurement codes

  • Experience working with employers during labor negotiations and throughout the negotiation process
